John has a dream, granted not in the Martin Luther King model but it’s a dream nonetheless. His dream is to make a difference in the way that employees feel and are treated at work.  John has spent the last few years working with a number of organisations helping them create an employee experience that in turn helps further cement the companies’ culture, in being their differentiator.

He is very proud of his achievement in helping a large online retailer to 4th best company to work for in the Times 100 best companies in 2012 and 2013.  Achieved through the art of employee engagement – put simply; staff retention.

Married with two small children, John achieved his lifelong dream of scoring at the Stretford End at Old Trafford, something his wife continually gets bored with hearing!

John’s other passion is Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough region of New Zealand and he intends to buy a vineyard there as part of his retirement plan!
