John is a driven, enthusiastic and dynamic individual who started his career within both the Leisure and Retail sectors, becoming the youngest general manager of a market leading company by the time he was 24.

John has worked for several leading high street retail brands as an award winning senior Regional Manager/Area Director.

After 12 years in an operational role, John became an international consultant (USA, Canada, and Europe) and for the last five years has worked with a diverse mix of organisations, ranging from large blue chip companies through to the public sector, dealing with large programmes to 1:1 Executive Coaching.

He specialises in award winning pragmatic leadership, business improvement and change programmes. This draws upon his senior level experience and operational / commercial expertise within industry.

John works at a senior level across all sectors and has a proven record in enabling organisations to move forward in a results focused way, engaging their employees to deliver the return on investment and culture required.

John’s client list includes: Rolls Royce, Hiscox Insurance, Aviva, Anglia Ruskin University (Lord Ashcroft Int. Bus School), Whitbread, Lloyds Banking Group.

In addition to his 20 years’ experience in business John also holds a Post Graduate qualification in ‘Solution Focused Thinking, Leadership & Coaching’ and is a professional member of the Professional Speakers Association (PSA).

In his free time, John loves to spend time with his family, and is the Chairman of the Junior section for Stafford’s largest Football Club, Stafford Town FC, where he holds a Queens Award for Voluntary Services.
